Shipping & returns

Free shipping applies to United States orders with a subtotal of $200 or more. Orders under $200 are charged a flat National Shipping rate. Shipping is calculated by Shopify at checkout.

The rate shown at checkout is the amount charged. Nothing on this page overrides the total Shopify calculates for your order.

Orders ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Research materials are prepared for shipment only after the order and the associated documentation are reviewed. No order is shipped without matching the current lot's documentation.

Because materials are supplied for research use only, orders may require confirmation of the receiving laboratory or institution before dispatch.

Carrier selection depends on the destination and the product type. We do not guarantee a specific transit window, and any estimate shown by a carrier is the carrier's own.

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team through the contact form with your order details so we can review the shipment record with the carrier.

Because these are research materials, return eligibility is limited and is reviewed case by case. Contact support before returning any item so the request can be assessed against the condition of the material and the documentation on file.
